Work undertaken: ATW worked closely with the local Yarrabah community to employ 2 x Civil Construction Trainees and 6 x Labour Hire employees hosted by Brady Marine and Civil.

Work undertaken: ATW are contracted by the Department in the delivery of their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Program across QLD.
The initiative will employ 64 trainees to 2023, in a range of traineeships including Business, Community Services and Information Technology.

Work undertaken: ATW are contracted by two Queensland Health Hospital and Health Services (HHS) in the delivery of their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Programs for school students across years 11 – 12, Metro North HHS (Deadly Start) and Mackay HHS (Big Dreams, Small Steps), employing up to 40 school-based trainees per year in a range of Certificate III level Health traineeships.

Work undertaken: ATW have supplied a growing number of Trainees (Conservation and Eco-system Management) and direct recruits to the project proponent.
As part of the project, Genex Power has engaged ATW as the preferred supplier of employment services for delivery of their Indigenous Engagement Strategy on the project.

Work undertaken: As part of the Wuchopperen Strong Start Program, ATW has placed 6 school-based trainees into Health Traineeships.
As part of the Metro North Hospital and Health Service Deadly Start Program, ATW has placed a number of school-based trainees into Health Traineeships across South-East Queensland.
ATW has strong local community connections and has facilitated pre-employment initiatives for upcoming industry opportunities.

Work undertaken: ATW are contracted by the Department in the delivery of their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Program across QLD.
The initiative employed 64 trainees between 2020 - 2023, in a range of traineeships including Business, Community Services, and Information Technology.
The expanded program, commencing in 2024, will provide further opportunities for training and employment across Queensland, particularly in remote and discreet Indigenous communities.
ATW is partnered with G8 Education, offering traineeships in Early Childhood Education and Care across a range of centres in QLD as part of their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Program.
